Antynomy is a composer of soundtracks and songs, and a lyricist.
The name Antynomy brings together opposites. It calls for an open-minded view of the world, to observe different perspectives, and to understand that there are multiple possible right answers. This is what she tries to put into her music.
Antynomy grew up in the countryside, in eastern France, where time passes slowly. As a child, she enjoyed improvising on instruments abandoned in her family environment and at the same time, started writing kinds of poems. This creative process of improvisation, guided by desire, ear, and emotion, has stayed with her since then.
Today she creates in her studio from Brussels, for about ten years. “When I compose, I like to think about the meaning of a piece, experiment, embrace serendipity, and above all, feel something that ultimately transcends words.”.
Antynomy composed the original soundtrack from the Caravan SandWitch video game. The first single, “Pensée Dérobée”, is now available on all music services.
