The Pégases French video game awards took place on March 17th. G4F Records is extremely proud to have been a part of it in several ways. Let’s look back at the highlights together.
Road 96: Cocoon is on the soundtrack.
“The Road,” the latest single from Cocoon, is now available on all streaming platforms!
After the release of “Home Call“ by The Toxic Avenger at the 2020 Game Awards, the Road 96 soundtrack is expanding with the addition of the track “The Road”, by Cocoon. This track is overflowing with good vibes, tempered with a pinch of melancholy. We love listening to the sound of Cocoon’s smooth voice and guitar chords.
Road 96 is being developed by French independent studio DigixArt. The game will take you on a road trip through the game’s fictional country, within a procedurally generated system where each decision affects the outcome of the adventure. The soundtrack will be collaborative , including many more artists that will be revealed later in 2021.

Humankind, De Vita Contemplativa
A new video from the Humankind soundtrack is now available on YouTube!
The second piece of news is the release of the video for “De Vita Contemplativa” from the Humankind. soundtrack. With Humankind, Arnaud Roy offers orchestral compositions mixed with a more traditional acoustic style.
Humandkind, developed by Amplitude Studios and published by SEGA, is a strategy-based game where you get a chance to rewrite the history of humanity by combining different civilizations to create a civilization of your very own.

DANGER’s virtual concert, which will feature music from Haven, Furi and his album Origins, will be broadcast this Saturday, March 20 on the MisterMV Twitch channel.
Finally, we wanted to congrats The Game Bakers for their two Haven awards: Best Indie Game Award and Best Character. Pixel Reef wins the Best Video Game Universe for Paper Beast. We also wanted to cheer Mister Éric Chahi for his whole career and the Special Award he received during the ceremony!
Congrats as well to Lizardcube & Dotemu, for winning the Best Sound Design Award! We also have a thought for Double Kick Heroes and Haven, which were nominees too.
